Why your schedule isn't full

Hospitals get the call. Not because they're better. Because they're in the system.

When a doctor's office schedules an MRI, they call the hospital — because that's the number already in their EHR. Your facility never comes up, even if you're two miles closer, identically accredited, and charge a fraction of the price.

That's not a quality problem. It's a routing problem. And it costs you filled slots every single week.

Employers save $1,600+ per case. Employees earn a cash HSA reward. You get the patient. Pario charges only the employer — not you, ever.

What happens on your end

One call from a navigator.
A patient walks in.

Your staff does exactly what they already do — answer a call, confirm a slot, see a patient. That is the entire change to your workflow.

What you never do
  • Pay a referral fee or commission
  • Change your billing or intake process
  • Integrate with any software or EHR
  • Market yourself to employers directly
  • Handle insurance authorization differently
  • Staff a new patient coordination role
1
One time · 20 minutes
You apply. We verify your accreditation.

Submit the form below. We confirm your ACR accreditation, modalities, and service area. Your facility is added to Pario's network and surfaced to employees when there's a relevant savings opportunity nearby. No onboarding fee. No contract minimum. No exclusivity.

2
When a case is identified
An employee's doctor places an imaging order. Pario notifies the patient within 28 minutes.

Pario identifies nearby network facilities — including yours — and texts the employee their out-of-pocket cost and cash reward for choosing an independent center. If they select you, a navigator moves to booking immediately. If they don't, nothing happens on your end. You never see the ones that don't convert.

3
Within 15 minutes of employee reply
A Pario navigator calls your front desk to book.

The navigator already has the order details, the patient's insurance, and their preferred timing on screen. They call your scheduler, confirm the slot, and send the patient a confirmation. Average call duration: four minutes. Your scheduler handles it the same as any other incoming booking call — because it is the same.

4
Appointment day
Patient arrives. You bill normally. Done.

The patient is a standard employer-insured patient. Bill their insurance through your normal process. Pario's arrangement is between the patient's employer and Pario — it doesn't touch your billing, your coding, or your payer contracts. Your back-office workflow is unchanged.

What network membership means

More volume. Zero new overhead.

Pario's job is to fill your schedule with patients who have already chosen you. Here's exactly what that looks like.

📋
Pre-confirmed appointments

Every Pario booking is navigator-confirmed before the patient arrives — time-slotted, order details shared, insurance verified. Not a referral request. An actual appointment on your schedule.

🏢
Employer-backed patients

These are self-insured employer plan members — typically well-insured, non-emergency, scheduled imaging. The employer's incentive structure means they're motivated to show up. No-show rates are materially lower than walk-in populations.

🔒
Zero cost, zero lock-in

No fee to join. No minimum volume commitment. No exclusivity. No referral commission deducted from your reimbursement. You're compensated by the patient's insurance — exactly as you would be for any other patient.

📡
Passive employer visibility

Your facility appears by name in employee-facing offer messages and employer dashboards. You gain recognition among HR buyers in your market — with no advertising spend and no outbound sales effort.

ACR accreditation front and center

Every Pario offer to a patient features your ACR accreditation status prominently. You've earned that credential. We make sure the patient knows what it means — and why it matters — before they confirm.

📈
Volume compounds over time

As Pario adds employers in your market, your referral volume grows automatically. One application today captures the benefit of every employer we onboard in your area — indefinitely, with no additional effort on your part.

Network requirements

We're selective because our employers are counting on it.

Every facility we recommend to an employee carries ACR accreditation. Same equipment protocols. Same read quality. That standard is what makes the employer's steerage argument credible — and it's non-negotiable.

ACR-accredited facility Independently owned & operated MRI, CT, or scheduled ultrasound Accepts major commercial insurance Scheduler reachable by phone Routine appointments within 5 business days

Hospital-owned and health-system-affiliated facilities are not eligible. Pario exists to return volume to the independent sector.
